Palomar Leans On The Lesco Support Team For Success

November 9, 2009

I wanted to write you this letter to express my appreciation for the support Lesco has provided Palomar during the execution of a difficult, time and performance critical project for a key US defense contractor.  When it was recognized that the standard UV solution would not satisfy the application requirements for our order, since our equipment is very complicated, it was requested of Lesco to send personnel to Palomar to see the challenge face to face.  This was extremely valuable as it allowed our design and application team to review the challenge in detail with Lesco in front of our equipment and collectively design a solution.  Lesco’s ability to provide an immediate demo light guide allowed us to prove the concept and quickly transition to a detailed design of a known solution, versus costly design and fabrication turns of attempted solutions.  In these days where strong partnerships between customer and vendor are essential, it is absolutely key to align oneself with suppliers that are willing to support challenging custom deliveries while offering aggressive lead-times.  Lesco has helped us meet these challenges and continually comes through for us.  We’ve been a long term customer of Lesco, and look forward to continuing our relationship in the future.

My most sincere thanks,

R. Saldaña, P.E.
Program Manager
